Given the Family Day long weekend in February, our next EBL Event will be February 6th, 2012 at 8:00pm at Accent Lounge.
We are pleased to announce Alfred Nikolai, President and CEO of Habitat for Humanity Edmonton (H4H Edmonton), will be joining us as our guest speaker.

We are pleased to announce our 3rd annual Holiday Mixer (Tuesday, December 13) is quickly approaching. We originally had booked space at Tzin (as announced during our November event) but due to popular demand we’ve adjusted our location to accommodate a larger group. We will instead be having the mixer at Suede Lounge (11806- Jasper Avenue) starting at 6:00pm on Tuesday, December 13.

We are pleased to have Martin Garber-Conrad, Chief Executive Officer of Edmonton Community Foundation, be our next Guest Speaker.

Martin Garber-Conrad has been Chief Executive Officer of Edmonton Community Foundation since March 2005. Current Foundation assets are approximately $250 million, the fourth largest community foundation in Canada. ECF initiatives for which he is responsible include the Social Enterprise Fund and the Edmonton & Area Land Trust.

In the spirit of the holiday season, we've decided to cancel December's Emerging Business Leaders meeting...and instead hold it in the form of a huge Christmas Party!

On Friday, December 10th at 8PM, Suede Lounge will be hosting this year's Emerging Business Leaders Christmas Party. Given how successful the Summer Social was at Devlin's (we exceeded maximum capacity!), this is definitely set to be a great night that you won't want to miss out on!

Mayor of Edmonton, Stephen Mandel will be the speaker for the next meeting.

The top young business people in Edmonton getting together at Accent has caught the attention of the mayor and he is excited to come in and talk to us.
