Emerging Business Leaders is a not for profit organization that brings together young, career focused individuals.
 
It is the most effective organization in Edmonton at providing an informal and friendly atmosphere for young business minded people to meet while achieving the perfect amount of structure as a result of high quality presenters.
 
Join some of the most interesting young Edmontonians at Emerging Business Leaders. Meetings take place every third Monday of each month at Accent European Lounge (8223, 104 street) at 8:00pm.
 
As a new organization, started in 2009, we have already attracted a diverse group of successful Edmontonians.

 Happy New Year to all!
Given the Family Day long weekend in February, our next EBL Event will be February 6th, 2012 at 8:00pm at Accent Lounge.
We are pleased to announce Alfred Nikolai, President and CEO of Habitat for Humanity Edmonton (H4H Edmonton), will be joining us as our guest speaker.
Mr. Nikolai has brought over 30 years of experience in fund development and organizational development to Habitat for Humanity Edmonton when he became the President and CEO in February 2005. He has served on a great number of provincial and national boards. Alfred has been married for 37 years; he has two adult children and one granddaughter.
Habitat for Humanity has a unique and prosperous business model that relies on asset retention for continued growth.
H4H International operates through many chapters (Edmonton being one of them) throughout the world and has helped build over 500,000 decent, affordable houses and helped more than 2 million people around the world. The most recent, 2011, Annual Report indicates that Habitat for Humanity as a global organization had $1.6 billion in combined revenues for 2010 and $2.2 billion in total net assets. H4H has an incredible impact on the community and drives a successful business model able to accommodate consistent growth and social benefit.
Alfred has made several headlines during his tenure at Habitat for Humanity Edmonton and in 2011 lead the organization as they celebrated their 20th anniversary.
